Quintuplets in one beat, septuplets in the next, and the click plays them with you.
Select the bar, turn on Per-Beat Subdivisions, drag across the beats and type the tuplet. That's it. OddClick is the click track plugin I built for music that isn't in four.

7/8? 15/16? 13/8 grouped 3+4+3+2+1? Easy.
For years I couldn't find a click track that keeps up with odd time without programming it bar by bar, so I built one. OddClick is a click track plugin that accents where the bar actually leans, through every meter change in the song. And it's just as good in plain 4/4.
AAX · VST3 · AU, for Mac (Windows support coming in 2027). Coming soon.
